Concept & direction

We translate the brief into a clear design direction — mood, materials, spatial planning and a realistic budget. You’ll see the whole idea before we commit to the detail.

Design development

The concept becomes buildable. Detailed drawings, joinery, lighting plans, finish schedules and a curated furniture selection, all reviewed with you at each milestone.

Procurement & delivery

We manage suppliers, makers and contractors, track every order, and keep the project on budget and on schedule so you don’t have to chase anyone.

Installation & styling

We oversee the build, then install furniture, art and the final styling layer ourselves — arranging everything down to the last cushion before the reveal.

Handover

We walk you through your finished home, hand over care guides for every material, and stay reachable long after the last box is unpacked.
